Returns and Refunds

You are eligible to return damaged or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery for a refund. Please note that we will not be able to refund any shipping costs, shipping charges are non-refundable..

Items should be returned in their original product packaging.
Please note that we only accept returns if the item is damaged as a result of our error.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Israumar00@gmail.com to obtain the return address.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within a week of receiving the returned item or items.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Damaged Items

We carefully inspect all orders before dispatch. If your item arrives with any damage, we will assess it based on the type and extent of the issue. Minor imperfections, such as loose threads or small irregularities, are not considered faults and will not qualify for a full refund or exchange. Significant damage will be reviewed individually, and we will work with you to find the best solution.
